Independent Review and Future Design of Group Business Support Services - AWARD

The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative third-party agency to conduct an independent review and future design of Group business support services. Following a period of merger and organisational growth, administrative and business support activities across the Authority have developed organically within local teams and functions. While educational provision remains strong, the Group now seeks a structured, evidence-led review of how administrative and business support services are organised, delivered and governed across the Group.
