Committee Management System and Restricted App

Democratic Services are responsible for the preparation and publication of all documents in relation to the Council's scheme of delegation, regulatory committees and scrutiny functions. To streamline these duties, the Council acquired a CMS over a decade ago to establish more efficient ways of working, maximise quality and accuracy in terms of data management, reduce printing and circulation costs and utilise new technologies to assist with corporate governance processes. Since the pandemic we also need to be able to access the system / software remotely. Therefore, our objective is to purchase a high quality system that is value for money.
