Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) Training Development Programme - development and delivery of a targeted support and development programme for those leading and developing INTs The development programme will: • Develop strategies and plans for INT working that are genuinely innovative, challenge deep seated assumptions and avoid the difficulties of the past. • Create a deep understanding of integration and why integration is so deeply challenging. • Forge collective ambition and understanding of INT working that goes beyond co-location, MDT meets and basic coordination of existing roles. • Create clarity of purpose that can mobilise and engage others. • Provide opportunities to learn from and develop plans with others based on evidence and practical application.
