Liss Generic

Liss Generic contract will initially provide up to 448 day time support hours and 63 waking night hours, plus one sleep in (total of 7 sleep in's per week). The support provider will work proactively with Hampshire County Council to review the operation of the service. The maximum number of hours delivered at the service will be 600 hundred hours per week, 63 waking night hours and one sleep in. The Service will provide the following support to service users: • Individual support and domiciliary care • Shared support (including shared accommodation but not residential accommodation) • Overnight support to individuals and groups of individuals • Provision of Community Support Networks • Support to access employment, education and other vocational activities • Supported lodgings (where support, not including personal care, is provided by a landlord or their representative) • Individual services called off under the Framework will comprise one or more of these elements. The Call Off Contract will commence on 27th April 2017 and will last for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend, at the Council's sole discretion, for a period of up to 1 years 11 months and 5 days giving a maximum contract length of 4 years 11 months and 5 days.
