The Contracting Authority has a requirement for a Healthcare Planning consultant to support with the below five schemes across the capital programme:  Trust wide theatre Strategy supporting in workforce and pathway design  Pilgrim ED build supporting decant plan assistance and overview of phasing strategy Stroke refurbishment supporting the approach of SOA, HASU and Stroke wards, clinical adjacencies and full decants. Lincoln & Pilgrim maternity strategy supporting review of plan, SOA, clinical adjacencies and phasing of refurbishment  Lincoln Endoscopy supporting JAG accreditation, review of design/SOA and decant mobilisation plan
