Place Based Net Zero Investment Specialist

Appointment of a a consultant who can evidence thought-leadership and a track record of interventions to drive place-based net zero investment. The consultant will form an integral part of the Finance Support Service that is being established as part of the Local Net Zero Accelerator Programme, working with three leading Combined Authorities to develop their net zero investment programmes. The consultant should offer as close to full-time working as they can within the budget.
