Window Cleaning and Associated Services

The Shepherds Bush Housing Association ("SBHG") wish to appoint experienced service provider for the provision of window cleaning services at approximately 46 housing sites, ranging from 2 to 6 floors, across their portfolio in London. It is intended that the contracts established following this procurement will run for an initial term of 1 year, extendable for a further term of up to 12 months at the discretion of SBHG.
