Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) working together as the South West Kent Waste Partnership (The Partnership) are seeking early supplier engagement ahead of commissioning a new supplier of Household Recycling and Waste Collection and Street Cleansing Services (the services) with the current contract ending on 31 March 2027.
