We intend to implement a new LMS which offers improved functionality to support our People Strategy and the delivery of compliance-based content across the organisation. This system will provide a centralised platform for managing and delivering educational content, along with comprehensive reporting functionality and automation. It additionally offers the option to fully integrate performance management into the platform allowing us to streamline the approach to learning and performance, enhancing engagement, linking training requirements to performance management, and supporting colleagues with tailored development based on individual needs. Our goal is to have both functionalities under the same umbrella by mid 2026
