Central Line Signalling Incremental Upgrade Early Contractor Involvement - Variation 3 (Proof of Concept)

This variation relates to a 12‑month extension of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract with Siemens Mobility under the Central Line Signalling Incremental Upgrade Project (CSIP) for the Eastern section of the Central Line, known as Wayside East. In addition, approval is requested for an additional procurement authority to cover the 12 month extension budget.
