Tier 3 Specialist Weight Assessment and Management Service (SWAMS) for Severe and Complex Morbid Obesity SEL ICB (Greenwich Borough) is seeking to procure a Tier 3 SWAMS in Greenwich to treat obesity and morbid obesity in a specialised multi-disciplinary (MDT) community setting, with an emphasis on psychological support for the increasing numbers of people who have failed to achieve a healthy weight after accessing Tier 2 services. Tier 3 would also provide support for those who go forward to surgical intervention (Tier 4).
