This contract is for the refurbishment of the existing office accommodation at Crownhill Court. The scope of the requirement to 'CAT A Plus' fit out includes: 1) New floor and ceiling finishes throughout; 2) Decoration; 3) Supply and installation of new sanitaryware and IPS units; 4) Supply and installation of kitchenettes; 5) Supply and installation of commercial kitchen and servery; 6) Alterations/new mechanical and electrical installations; 7) Repairs/replacement of existing windows; 8) Repairs to existing roof; 9) Landscaping; 10) Works to existing car park
