Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") has awarded a contract to supply Market Research Services to work mainly on the Ageing Well Life Course. The focus will be more on the Help us Help you (HUHY) campaign (which is actually an NHS England campaign) but also on other similar Life Courses campaigns as required.
