Description
Ealing Council wishes to procure and provide: Lot 1a & 1b - A responsive repairs and maintenance contract for Housing Stock for East and West Wards of the borough and corporate buildings operated by Ealing Facilities Management (up to 2 Contracts). Lot 2 Copley Close (East Ward of the borough) Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract (1 contract). Lot 3 - Minor Voids Contract borough wide (1 contract). Contract delivery will be to all our occupied properties, void properties, communal blocks and estate areas, sheltered housing, community centres, Copley Close housing stock and corporate buildings. Contract divided into Lots. Lot 1A & 1B awarded to MCP Property Services Ltd, Lot 2 & Lot 3 awarded to T Gilmartins Ltd. The contract period is 5 years, unless extended by the Employer with the agreement of the contractors. The Employer may propose one or more extensions to the contract period up to a maximum of 2 further years by serving written notice to that effect on the Contractors. The contract period is extended if the Contractors agree to the extension.The Council will enter into a contract based upon the JCT Measured Term Contract(MTC) 2016, as amended.
