NCHA is looking to acquire a system for all our compliance needs covering areas such as; gas servicing, water safety, electrical safety, lifting equipment, fire safety, damp mould condensation, asbestos, radon. Our aim is to find a fully integrated system that includes; the use of electronic inspection certification, the capability to check certification validity and provide quality assurance, identify anomalies, be able to maintain actions through lifecycle (start to completion,) provide dashboards and compliance related reports which are accurate and in-time.
