Description
The South Area Council via Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is looking to commission a provider to deliver a service that addresses loneliness and isolation amongst older people aged 50 years plus living in the four wards that make up the South Area Council. The service should complement existing service provision, increase the security, independence and health and wellbeing of older people at risk of, or experiencing loneliness and isolation and provide recovery and resilience support to the South community.
