Extension of a further 2 years The Framework Agreement duration is two years with an option to extend up to a further 2 years. When the Framework Agreement has reached the two year period the Council will determine whether to grant an additional 24 months extension. The decision to grant a further 24 months is entirely at the Councils discretion
