Joint Musculoskeletal and Pain Service (JMAPS) for NHS Northumberland CCG

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS Northumberland CCG who wish to commission a JMAPS service for Northumberland patients and are inviting expressions of interest in this tender opportunity.The overarching outcome of the service is to emphasise self-management to minimize the proportion of patients requiring intervention or onward referral. The service will reduce handoffs and improve patient outcomes. The service will provide a robust triage service and where treatment is required this will be delivered within the service or referred on to secondary care giving patient choice
