The scope of this procurement is for UK Mobile Network Operators, to provide the following: • UK airtime and calls, SMS and data, • Mobile Voicemail Services • Mobile Email Services • Mobile Data Applications • International airtime, calls, SMS and data • Roaming airtime, calls, SMS and data • Device hardware, accessories and supporting services • Mobile Device Management and associated supplementary services • Mobile Expense Management Bidders will be required to demonstrate they are a bona fide network operator with the UK telecoms marketplace.
