DWP Leeds User Research Recruitment Services

Department for Work and Pensions Digital requires participant recruitment for regular user research activities. Participants will take part in research for a number of projects delivering a wide range of services and will therefore need to be representative of the users of such services. The supplier is to provide research participants from the required demographic on a time and materials basis. The detail of services will be consistent with these high-level requirements and set out in the agreed SoW(s).
