Replacement and Maintenance of Roof Top Fans and Outlets, Cleaning of Extract Ducting

NCH invites you to tender for the Replacement and Maintenance of roof top fans and outlets, Cleaning of Extract Ducting. The initial works will be for Victoria Centre Flats, Milton Street, Nottingham and will roll out to approximately 8 other existing high rise flats throughout Nottingham. A site visit can be arranged at request. The contract period will be for the period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (in one year increments, subject to satisfactory performance). A more detailed description of each required service is provided in Appendix A - Service Specification and Scope of Works. We anticipate the potential total value of this contract period will be £190,860.
