Award of a Call Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Personal Development provisions for learners at HMP Wymott The requirement of this provision is to support prisoners to develop their knowledge and skills beyond the purely academic, technical, or vocational skills currently on offer, in order to enhance their attitudes to learning, increase social capital and reduce their risk of reoffending, whilst also better preparing them for eventual release back into the community.
