Sheffield City Region Provision of Enterprise Resource Planning Service on behalf of Transport for the North via CCS RM1042 Framework Agreement

Your organisation has been invited to submit an outline proposal for the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning Service (ERP) for Transport for the North (TfN). It is intended that the contract will be for 5-years with an Option to Extend for a further 2-years from 1st April 2018. TfN is currently not a body corporate; accordingly, the procurement is being conducted under Sheffield City Region procedures on behalf of TfN. This ITT forms the basis for a further competition in accordance with the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM1042 and the requirements of the Regulations and Framework Guidance. The purpose of this Procedure is to identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender which best meets the TfN's requirements for the Project
