Description

The Shared Environmental Service for The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and The London Borough of Sutton, is inviting organisations with relevant expertise to provide a Highways IT solution. The list below provides and overview of what the service wants to achieve through an new IT solution; 1. Asset Module - will hold all the data of all the assets in both Boroughs. 2. Data Management - data accessed by all, interface to key solutions and to external contractors. 3. Routine Maintenance and Inspections - managing all the reactive repairs and statutory inspections. 4. Mobile working - real time information on site and the ability to action inspections and report repairs on site. 5. Customer integration with existing and a new CRM system. 6. Street works module - managing all the utilities and other companies via ETON or (Street Manager). 7. Street Lighting module - managing reactive repairs, works orders and energy reporting. 8. License and Permits - managing the customer interactions and capturing all the permits authorised. 9. Interactive Mapping solution that can link to traffic information and all ongoing works and permits granted. 10. Payments solution - both online and a mobile solution is required to take payments when onsite. 11. The ability to raise works orders and issue fixed penalty charges on the street in real time.
