ESPO, on behalf of Leicestershire County Council (LCC), is seeking to renew its Supply of Binder, Storage Tanks and Spray Tankers framework, to assist with the undertaking of surface dressing works during the spring/summer season. It is anticipated that the new framework will be awarded in November 2024.
