ESRI Enterprise License Agreement (ELA)

Provision of the services and/or software. The City of London Corporation requires renewal of its ESRI Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) to maintain the continued operation of its corporate GIS infrastructure. The ESRI suite underpins core business functions and is fully embedded across systems, data models, and integrations. The recommendation is to renew via direct award through the CCS VAS framework using the London Agreement option.
