Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contacting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract to Cleveland Transit Limited for bus service (service 13/13b) to provide coverage to areas across Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees.
