PRJ-1093 Earls Barton Medical Centre and Penvale Park Surgery

NHS Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group is procuring a provider for the Earls Barton Medical Centre and Penvale Park Surgery Service on an APMS. It is expected that the contract will be for a proposed period of 10 years with the opportunity to extend for a further period of up to 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority (total 15 years). The estimated annual contract value is approximately £792,445.00 per annum plus £83,213.00 set up cost in the first year.
