Description
The Essex Fire Authority wishes to award a contract to provide an integrated IT system to deliver HR, Payroll and Learning management functions. The Essex Fire Authority require a specialist e-HRM solution offering core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Self Service and Learning Management modules. The Authority is looking for a 'vanilla' system which will require either none, or minimal configuration and that is capable of capturing the complexities of the Authority's work patterns and varying terms and conditions of employment. It is not looking for an ERP as other systems of choice are already in use throughout the organisation. The Essex Fire Authority does however require a system with interface capabilities to provide the workflow of information to other systems. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years, with an option to extend annually up to a maximum of 7 years.
