Description
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is procuring substance misuse services for Solihull residents, with a new contract in place from April 2019. The successful provider will be expected to plan, manage and deliver an all age service and integrated system of provision which delivers the key elements of prevention; early intervention; treatment and recovery These services will be delivered alongside and where possible through integration with other services within the health, social care and criminal justice systems. The Council is committed to working with partner organisations and our residents to prevent and reduce the health, social and economic harms caused by drug and alcohol misuse, for the individual, their families and communities. The provider must share our passion to deliver quality support and drive real behaviour change for our communities in Solihull. The intention is to let the contract for a period of 4 years with extension options of up to 4 years dependent upon performance. Financial envelop: Maximum 4 year budget available - £8,809,040. The maximum budget available over years 1 and 2 of the contract will be £5,000,000 and the indicative annual budget from year 5 will be £1,952,260.
