Junior Barrister 2

This contract is for a Junior Barrister's services on a part time basis, on a six -month term to assist with legal advice on the Superfunds project. Specifically: -Assisting in review of documents submitted by the Superfunds for assessment; highlighting legal risk/level of risk/level of mitigation; and other assistance with assessment of Superfunds as allocated by TPR SF legal team. -The Junior Barrister will deliver this work by way both of explanation to lawyers on calls, following up with written advice -This work will assist the legal team in providing legal advice to the client on the Superfund submissions; - The Junior Barrister's work will assist with delivery of the Superfunds project, this stage of the project will culminate in RDC deciding whether the Superfunds meet the expectations set out in TPR's guidance -The project is currently at the stage of assessing submissions from two potential Superfunds
