Financial Conditions of Participation: The average turnover of the organisation over the last 2 years is twice the contract value. Evidence of economic and financial standing are provided where the bidder is relying on another supplier to act as a guarantor. Confirmation to obtain required insurance cover. Legal Conditions of Participation: The bidder has, or will have in place by the award of the contract, the human and technical resources to perform the contract to ensure compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and to ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects. Technical Conditions of Participation: Evidence of 3 previous successful contracts of similar scope to this requirement. Evidence of the organisations capability of carrying out the activities described in this requirement. Evidence of works of the same or a similar nature by providing 3 completed references.
