National Mediation Service

This service shall deliver an independent and impartial mediation service for tenants and leaseholders of The Guinness Partnership. This may also include residents who have no contractual relationship with Guinness and or other stakeholders and agencies involved in the case. The service shall respond appropriately to referrals for antisocial behaviour and neighbour dispute cases, which may require specialist mediation to de-escalate and achieve a lasting resolution. It is anticipated that the successful service will receive between 150 – 200 cases per annum, but this is an indicative figure and no guarantee of volume can be given. Currently the majority of the referrals are in the North of the country but this again is subject to change.
