This Suffolk County Council is seeking a mini competition against the Framework of Energy Efficiency Projects. This is for the provision of Delivery of Energy Efficiency measures for the Home Upgrade Grant 2 (HUG2). This Lot is for installation of Low Carbon and Renewable measures in Ipswich and Mid Suffolk Councils' area in Suffolk. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £1.2m exclusive of VAT.
