GB-Milton Keynes: EWR Co. Scheme Development Phase Land and Property Partner

1.6.8The Land and Property Partner will provide all land and property related services to EWR Co. supporting EWR Co in negotiating the necessary access and consents needed to carry out studies and surveys and supporting EWR Co in the preparation of land ownership and acquisition documents relating to the DCO application. Subsequently the Land and Property Partner will support EWR Co in securing the necessary consents and licenses to construct and operate the railway and in securing the compulsory purchase of relevant land and property assets.
