Description
In order for CQC to improve people's care through being an insight driven organisation, in line with our ambition, there is a need to modernise the technology we use to manage and analyse data; formalise the governance, processes and ways of working around data; drive new data culture, behaviours and skills to enable us to maximise the use of data and insight in our regulatory activity; and ensure that this is delivered through a service-focused lens with user-led development, evaluation and improvement built in by design. The Transforming Data and Insight Programme is being established to deliver this change with the following objectives: - Design new services so that the data and insight unit can support regulatory activity in line with our new strategy - Implement new data culture, behaviours and ways of working so that our people are equipped to maximise the impact that the TDI services can deliver. This includes the establishment of a new Data & Insight unit. - Implement new data technology and governance to enable maximum efficiency and effectiveness of TDI services. We are looking for an implementation partner to deliver implementation and support services across 2 packages including: Part A - IDO Advisory and Data and Analytics Consultancy - Data, Information, Reporting Architecture and Governance Consultancy Data Architecture - Data Science Consultancy - Microsoft Dynamics Customer Voice/Surveys 365 Consultancy and Support - Microsoft Azure Consultancy and Support - Microsoft Azure/MDM Integration Consultancy Part B • MDM Implementation • MDM Support Services • MDM Software Licenses (SAAS) • MDM Software Support and maintenance The services will be procured following the processes of Crown Commercial Service's G-Cloud 12 (RM1557-12).
