Main Construction Contract for the George Hotel Renovation Works

Following completion of the PCSA (Stage 1) of the George Hotel Renovation Works, Kirklees Council have completed the award for the Design and Build Contract (Stage 2) and have now entered into Contract for the delivery of the Main Construction Works under the JCT Design and Build Contract 2024. This is for the renovation of the George Hotel, Huddersfield and all associated Works.
