Cosy Homes for Later Life

Working with GDNs and Age Cymru, Age Scotland and Age UK, the project focuses on shared learning to provide practical, trusted support for older people across England, Scotland and Wales. It will integrate an energy triage service into advice lines, helping identify those struggling with costs or warmth, alongside clear, accessible information on energy use, bills, benefits and safety. The approach remains flexible, sharing insight across nations while adapting locally, with additional face-to-face support through community partners in Scotland and Wales.
