Broxbourne Council are seeking an experienced contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Waltham Cross Pavilion, Waltham Cross Playing Fields, Hertfordshire, EN8 7LU. The contract value is estimated at £180,000, the closing date for submissions is noon on Friday 20th October 2023 and the deadline for any queries is 5.00pm on Friday 13th October 2023, all queries should be made via Supply Hertfordshire. Site visits can be arranged using the contact details on the covering page of the ITT. It is anticipated that works will commence on 15th January 2024 and works must be completed by May 2024.
