Description

There will be a countywide Community Wellbeing and Resilience Service, tackling Health Inequalities at its heart and using new methodology to deliver support for wellbeing at large scale and over time. This service will deliver health improvement programmes, including but not limited to, smoking cessation, weight management and NHS health checks, and will also focus on addressing broader determinants and working directly with communities to harness community assets for wellbeing.
