Description

Across Derbyshire there is a need for supported accommodation, designed for young people aged 16 and over in care and those transitioning out of care, that helps them to prepare for independent living by providing housing options with on-site support or outreach support services. The Council is seeking to partner with an OFSTED registered provider to effectively deliver Childrens Accommodation Support Service. The Council will require 160 supported accommodation units across Derbyshire. This includes: • Minimum of 90 units available at contract start date • 130 units (including the initial 90) available within 12 months of contract start date • Remaining 30 units to be agreed during the first 12 months of the contract.
