Proposed new amenity/store facility and gymnasium extension

New amenity/store facility and gymnasium extension at Measham Leisure Centre, Off High Street, Measham, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE12 7HR Due to different funding allocations, it is the intention that the two projects will be run concurrently at the same time but the client for the new amenity store facility will be Measham Parish Council and the client for the gymnasium extension will be Measham Leisure Centre. The contractual arrangements are being reviewed with the different parties and any further information will be made available during the tender period.
