Warm & Healthy Homes Project - M&E and Structural consultancy Services - Lot 6

To provide Mechanical & Electrical and Structural Engineering Services for RIBA Stages 1 to 6. To determine the extent of any works needed to protect the heritage of housing in Crewe town centre by investing in the fabric of the Railway Cottages. The determined works would form part of a "Warm and Healthy Homes" home improvement grant programme, to improve housing within the town. To design and construct / install the required improvements.
