PHE - Starting Well - Rise Above Research Services

Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") has awarded a contract to supply Market Research Services for a marketing programme that aims to contribute to achieving the ambitions set out in the 2017 Tobacco Control Plan for England, with a focus on reducing smoking prevalence among adults. This includes other related Market Research Services for Adults Living Well campaigns.
