Sandwich Technology School Tender

Sandwich Technology School is an oversubscribed, mixed 11-18 school with Academy Status in Sandwich, Kent.The School is tendering their cleaning services with a contract start date of 1st September 2023 (noting the contract may start earlier for a summer deep clean) and is for an initial three-year term ending on 31st August 2026. The current operation is inhouse and this will be a first-generation tender. Most of the cleaning staff enjoy LGPS pensions so the ability to achieve, or already have, ABS with Kent Pensions is essential.The School is looking to outsource the management of their cleaning services to an expert supplier who will provide valuable support and training, new technology and best industry practice for the well-regarded and loyal cleaning team. There is a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. There is an option for a further two years extension by mutual agreement.
