Description

It is proposed to offer and award a contract for 'Audio visual services' for the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom which is located at, Parliament Square, Westminster, London, SW1P 3BD. The contract will run for an initial period of three (3) years from 01/11/17 with a discretionary extension available from The Authority for a further two (2) years in the format of, one year plus one year. This brings the possible maximum term for The Contractor is five (5) years. On this basis the projected value of the contract excluding VAT is between approximately £375,000 (for a competitive bid for a three year contract) and £800,000 (for a higher value bid, including two years' extension). The Authority wishes to enter into a Contract with the successful tenderer for the provision of audio visual services. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with a competitive Part B services procurement which will be conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (insofar as they apply to Part B procurements) and the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union principles of non-discrimination, equal treatment and transparency. The UKSC is seeking a single contractor to carry out Maintenance and Managed service provision of the broadcast and audio visual system installed within the UKSC. Once appointed, the maintenance and service contractor will assume full contractual responsibility for the maintenance and day to day operational performance of the system.
