Bridgewood House Care Home Grounds Maintenance Contract

The contract is for grounds maintenance of the areas surrounding Bridgewood House Care home for a period of three years. The following activities should be carried out (this list is not exhaustive); • Cutting, strimming and tidying of all grassed areas. • Weeding of all flower beds. • Clearing of leaves. • Pruning of all shrubs, hedges and low tree branches. • Application of environmentally friendly weed control. • Litter picking. • All general garden maintenance. Required once a week in May, June, July, August and September. Every other week in March, April, October and November. Once a month January, February and December.
