IRM23/7634 - The Supply of Sniper Rifle Spares CF

Babcock Land Defence Ltd, acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence has awarded a 3 year contract using the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 to Accuracy International Ltd. On the basis that, for technical reasons, the Contract can only be awarded to Accuracy International Ltd. Accuracy International Ltd is the manufacturer and sole distributor of spares to support the components required to support the AS50 Sniper Rifle Weapon Platform. They own the rights to the technical specifications required to undertake the manufacture, testing and supply and they do not share this knowledge/expertise with any third party
