Redesign and upgrade of Congleton Town Council's website

Congleton Town Council wishes to appoint an agency or company of at least 5 employees to update and upgrade its website www.congleton-tc.gov.uk. We would like to work with a company that 1. Has a diverse portfolio of established clients of varying sizes 2. Is experienced in website build and management - and can give references 3. Has a creative flair for design but practical information structure ideas 4. Is able to demonstrate experience in responsive design, robust development and meeting the latest accessibility criteria demanded of government websites. 5. Uses a recognised project management methodology 6. Has proven knowledge of digital marketing 7 Is able to offer ongoing support to the Town Council regarding trouble shooting and analysis of the new site.
