Smeaton and Library Waterproofing Roof Works

The University of Plymouth is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake an upgrade to the failing roof coverings to Smeaton and Library Buildings. Both buildings are located on the main University campus therefore the contractor needs to ensure that there is a minimum disruption to the University students, staff, visitors and public. Works in general include removal of redundant mechanical and electrical equipment preparation of substrates to both roofs, replacement/installation of insulation to meet current Building Regulations and application of waterproofing product.
